Pros

This was my experience working with Astegic for just under 3 years. There is ZERO politics in the company. They truly have a "US work culture". I had excellent relations with team members and management. Managers are very encouraging and you will get recognition and appreciated for the work. I had two great appraisals during my 2 years, I got great reference from HR and my manager.. and and I got a awesome leaving party... thanks guys.

Cons

I am leaving feeling very positive. 'For me the con is they dont have office in Gurgaon so I could get relocated.

Friendly environment and co-operative colleagues and managers Work life balance is good, not to much pressure Regular team outings Company policies are employee friendly Company shows clear path to everyone to grow and seniors support in that Good company culture

Pros

New projects are there and projects are product-based start-up in US so you are exploring new technology Test centre of excellence is getting establish for different practices Managers are easy to approach and you can get involved in client projects and internal projects like frameworks, accelerators that are developing Good facilities, infrastructure Free biscuits and munchies Very good work-life balance Good team activities and friendly environment

Cons

People on different floors dont interact very much managers are helpful but first you have to approach them otherwise if you sit alone you wont learn anything
