Some times people will rush to review the things but it will be manageable. As compliance perspective you need to guide more to people, because they are not familiar on Gxp requirements . However, people will understand and started working accordingly

- One person could have more than one function's responsibility. Oftentimes overwhelming. - Restructuring keeps going on, creates uncertainty - I think the CEO can't say much, rather to follow what Global Commercial 's strategy fot all
