This position allows you to managed your own time and it pays well. You receive a company car and they pay for your cell phone and good health benefits.

Cons

You are just a number to them they have no loyalty as a company they will kick you to the curb at a blink of an eye.

Pros

There are good people working at Astellas, and they value work-life balance. Excellent benefit package that offers flexibility for the real life. Salaries are competitive and there are opportunities for advancement. They respect employees and give them a voice in the decision-making process as much as possible. I plan to grow with the company for many years to come.
