The people and culture are the best part of working at Astellas. Salaries are quite competitive and there are great opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

Astellas is a medium sized pharmaceutical company. Thus work can be challenging but fulfilling at times. If you're looking to do the minimum amount of work, this isn't the place for you.
