R&D organization (NL) is a great place to work: - open atmosphere, - strong focus on learning and personal development - good career opportunities - a strong company culture with interesting colleagues, which if you fit in makes work a great place to be

R&D and marketing are not in the same location, which makes the effective collaboration between those important functions more challenging.

Reasonable vacation time; but becareful! Some of the benefits might be taken away after they got you. For example, Friday afternoon time off. They promise people to have Friday afternoon off. But it comes with conditions - put in 40 hours for the week before you can have your Friday afternoon off AND you finished your work. Well, there are so much work and you will NEVER finish your work!

Cons

Dishonesty is one of top concerns, at least in certain department. You want to be really really careful if you decided to work there. For example, PSP. Watch out for micromanagment, focus on negatives, dishonesty, and blaming games.
