its a roller coaster feeling working in astellas.

good benefits, local and asian trips. few officemate to get along, easy to communicate with the management. its a multinational company. its a research base pharmaceutical.

Cons

lower starting salary, can feel immediately the favoritism, have no concrete policy. low salary increase every year. most of them does not apply what their telling.

Its a great place to get entry level experience in the industry. The employees are friendly and helpful. Numerous opportunites to grow in the company and internal promotions are the standard.

Cons

High turnover of Senior management and having to constantly rebuild relationships. Reflects departmental production and the following of standard operating procedures.
