Pros

Remote work! Very collaborative team environment, and very understanding when my gallbladder burst and I needed emergency surgery right at the beginning of training. Their client, DoorDash, worked brilliantly to bring me up to speed with the rest of the team with barely any hiccups or training oversights. P

Cons

Some tedious, repetitive tasks for most of the workday, which I was aware of at the time of hiring. Also, guidelines, policies, and projects were always inappropriate state of flux due to fraud trends and locations, and glitches that occurred with the training of AI.

Pros

Alright pay, good learning program and leaders to help

Cons

Too many hours, can be micromanaged too much, and with high expectations for quick turnaround times. Can be make or break for a lot of new people, saw a lot of turnovers while I was there.
