Company values are not followed. 6. Absolutely no encouragement by the leadership for recruiters small joys at work. 7. Low salary - without encouragement and motivation your subordinates will not go beyond their limit. Aren’t you expecting too much for very little you do? Management can do lot more than just paying salaries and incentives. Word of motivation and encouragement might do wonders. 8. Absolutely helpless HR team. They are the puppets in the hands of leadership.
