      Great Culture, Excellent pay, Decent Benefits. Leadership that invests in your growth within the company.

      Long hours, it's a grind. Not for everyone and it takes a few months to get good at the job, not going to have success right out of the gates

      Perfect company to work for once you graduate college. Could even potentially be a great experience to grow and advance. Super flexible and a micromanagement free environment.

      Cons

      Not the best compensation for seasoned employees. Everyone has to start from the bottom and work their way to the top.
