Pros

You get in touch with one of the local small but best special purpose machine manufacturer in Indonesia. You get to know the company from day one, and next are the customers, and suppliers. It is a nice and convenient work place, clean workshop, hundreds of projects a year which you can learn from. Benefits and salary is good .

Cons

You really need to high initiatives, innovations , and ability to lead the team to show your potential and also present it well to the supervisor. Without it it's like it's difficult to progress growing up, and management training is rare.

No structured programme for interns. Hence must take a lot of initiatives in finding projects. Get to know more people there to find out what they need
