Pros
Astra has successfully built a positive reputation with a good management system and learning culture spirit. There’s also more flexibility in moving from technical roles to project management roles. At the same time, because of its a large company so its tend to have more physical sites (and branch offices), as well as more diversity in co-workers, making them good places to grow and collaborate.
Cons
It’s harder to get decisions made, and employees have less autonomy.
