      Great environment and worklife balance, but leadership has some way to go.

      Pros

      Great culture and environment. I have worked for several companies and this is the best company I have worked for. The people are great,, interesting work, plenty of opportunities for personal development and generally good work life balance.

      Cons

      Some of the senior leadership at the market level are disappointing, they need to do better at hiring the right leaders that know how to unleash potential, engage and excite their people. On another note, AZ says you can work from home, but there isnt really a culture for it and you'll be questioned left, right and center and made to feel distrusted even if you ask (no reason not to trust until you havent delivered I say...).

      Pros

      Many openings in different functions.

      Cons

      unclear career and progression path, Like & Dislike plays a major role in your progression, If a BU manager or director has an issue with you which is most of the time non-business related (Your lifestyle, Who your friends are or what watch brand are you wearing) your progression can halt, simply because s/he doesn't like one of your friends or s/he thinks that you don't need the promotion because you are already wearing a rolex.

      Pros

      Most of the people are nice to work with and there is some good science going on. Still feels like a smaller biotech

      Cons

      Pay is low and recognition is quite low although they are trying. Very hard to get promoted and not all Managers are good managers
