Pros
An all-around nice and very competent group of people. They tend not to hire people who will be hard to work with. Decent salary. Good benefits. Depending on your group and what's going on, the work-life balance may be relatively good. This can also change if you are unlucky in your project assignment.
Cons
Your boss is likely to be on a different continent. This works better than it sounds, but it's still a con. When I left, it seemed that there was some reorganization and change in focus going on. So the company may be changing.
