Pros

Unmatched company morale. Every day is super engaging, the benefits rock and the career development is taken very seriously. It's hard to leave.

Cons

Hiring skilled labor is difficult in San Francisco- so due to that it takes longer than ideal to staff up the necessary people to scale production. Not a true con though, as this provides ample room to learn across the company and develop your career.

- Warm, welcoming environment - Very smart people to work alongside - Good leadership - Great growth trajectory for the company - Benefits are pretty nice

Cons

Only con I can think of is that the comp could be higher, but everything else outweighs that in my opinion

Pros

+ Cool that its in SF proper. Cool Office. + There's a core of great technical contributors to work with.

Cons

- The company at its core functions as an old aerospace company. It will claim it is a new space leader, SpaceX style, etc. But in reality it bureaucratic: focusing more on gantt charts and slides rather than launching great hardware at rate. - It is a PM centric operation, not engineering/technical centric. - Unclear direction from upper leadership, contradicting messaging from bloated middle management. - Your raise and benefits are tied more to upper management performance (fundraising) than your own. - Comp is not industry/SF competitive
