Great team with a culture of openness, no question is "stupid". Plenty of opportunities to take on challenging tasks and grow quickly. Positive mission.

Cons

DEI efforts have had limited success, though things are slowly improving. Lots of emphasis on this for those responsible for interviewing candidates. Demographics skew younger, limited mentorship available for mid-career individuals.

I love the people - they're very passionate about teaching others, and bring a passion for what they do that it infectious.

Cons

you'll have to work hard, and the expectation is for high quality work. That being said, you can always ask for help if you're struggling.
