Pros

Was better before the merger

Cons

Poor communication. Constant policy changes. 401k match percentage randomly decreased. Feels like you are just a cog in a wheel.

Pros

Average benefits. Some great teams if you get lucky.

Cons

Bought out twice in 3 years. Losing contracts they’ve held for years. Labor rates are years behind.

Pros

Astrion's CEO Dave Zolet is a strong leader with decades of experience in government contracting. The company has tripled in size in the last year, bringing more opportunity, bigger, more exciting contracts, and higher sophistication in business systems and processes. The people are deeply devoted to U.S. government missions.

Cons

This is a company growing at a fast pace. It's not for everyone, especially if you don't have high appetite for change. If you can embrace change, you're in for a great ride.
