Great Entry Level Company For The IT Industry

Pros

Fun, flexible work environment. The salaries are decent. Fantastic hours with a set schedule. Various opportunities for upward growth.

Cons

Management is lacking. The training at Asurion is non-existant. The training is more of a feet to the fire type of program. Promotions are planned. Unless you are good friends with the management team, you are likely to be picked over.
