Pros

Decent pay and remote positions available

Cons

Micro-management and constant pressure disguised by "motivation". Had originally applied to be a tech support agent and were told we wouldn't be doing sales. About a month in, we're doing sales and it seems to be the main focus.

Pros

- Great pay, vacation time, education stipend, flexible work environment - Certain Product Teams have an incredible technology investment and are producing great products - High performing private company

Cons

- Teams are extremely siloed with very little collaboration - Transition to remote work has been awkward and produced lots of challenges - Many people are so senior in their roles that there is no opportunity to move up - Structure of certain orgs is not compatible with innovation. My team has a Client Program Management team, Delivery Managers, Product Managers, AND Project Mangers. No clear authority on who has what ownership - Journey Team model is inefficient and no conducive to good product management
