Pros

Bonuses, vto availability, a lot of different schedule to choose from, great company, awesome co workers, people are invovled in work activities and I love the newness of the building

Cons

Communication skills arent there with management, promoting is very challenging, supervisors super young and inexperienced, sometime things felt unorganized and training was all over the place

Pros

Work from home. Decent pay. Good benefits. Easy to advance.

Cons

Very stressful. They expect a lot from nontenured agents. They do not allow supervisors to be themselves. Require us to coach to their standards not as individuals. Agents must be independent due to the high work load of supervisors they cannot babysit agents. 60 hours a week of work for supervisors with a salary that is no way compensation for the work done. They hire anyone that breaths which is impossible for supervisors to train.

I enjoyed working with the people here and I loved working with all the different operating systems. I get to solve problems all day and get paid for it.

Cons

Company values seem to be a "when convenient" deal. Training is sometimes lackluster.
