      Racist, Incompetent leadership. Unethical practices.

      I resigned because I could no longer ignore the blatant unethical and racially biased decision-making when it came to who was fired and who was promoted in the work-at-home tech support department. They turn a blind eye to white male / white female inadequacy and marginalize the performance of others. The best decision I made in my career was leaving Asurion. HR's empty and canned responses to the many concerns on this website are indicative of the experience you will have. No matter what the pay, it is not worth the negative impact on your mental health. You will regret choosing to work for this company.
