      Asurion has plenty of growth opportunity. The culture is one that actually promotes based on your performance and efforts, not who you know. There is a platform to cultivate engagement amongst your peer groups and leaders

      At times there is evidence of a lack of structure and policies in place

      At Asurion , no focus on customer service

      They have work at home opportunity

      Cons

      They set the metrics where you have to cheat and or cut off customers in order to meet the average handle time,(AHT), requirements. They also hold you responsible for the end of call survey. There are 5 questions. none of them are about you as a rep. I just thought it was really stupid to have that as part of my monthly goals. when you really couldn't control it. All during your shift, the managers post into the chat room everybody's survey scores, and AHT. Just so irritating.

      Pros

      Employees and workforce is dedicated and smart, Bonuses were very strong for many years. Management is smart and committed. It is a very fast paced environment.

      Cons

      The supply chain portion of the business is in decline. The business model appears to be changing though as the business model matures.
