      Pros

      rewarded and recognized for top performance. flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Hire internal candidates in "acting" position which give the company the ability to not hire you and send you back to the previous role.

      Good filler job while looking for something better

      Pros

      The staff..meaning front line staff...are great to work with and the company does their best to promote a "fun" time while working.

      Cons

      The management play the role of listening to the staff and say they will do what it takes to make them happy. People are not paid for what they do as the starting salary has not changed in over 10 years. Some departments do not get paid enough for the work they do and get treated unfairly and have more work stacked onto them for the same pay and no recognition.

      They offer a great benefits package and spend an adequate time training their employees

      Cons

      Typical call center. You are not truly valued as an employee. They tend to treat you like a cookie on the conveyor belt. If you do not meet specification, ie have a life outside of the job, then they toss you. There is a lot of talk about promoting you after a year but it sounds rather lofty and difficult to attain anything other then baby steps and meager increases in pay unless you are in sales.
