Years of corruptions in Asurion China office including: Kick back in channel service fees, mainly from Chinese carriers, resulting huge impact on profitability on some projects Kick back from office suppliers, i.e. IT supplies Kick back from operational suppliers, i.e. handset purchasing vendors and contact centre False accounting to cover up above kick backs 2. Lack of supervision from Asurion China CEO. 3. Crack downs on local employees who voiced concerns about corruptions.
