Pros

Decent benefits and some great employees to work with

Cons

Upper management has destroyed the culture of previous companies they absorbed. You will be worked to the bone with no recognition whatsoever. Senior execs are rewarded, not the employees in the trenches doing the work.

Pros

-Decent salary. -Good benefits - insurance (health, dental, vision, life), decent vacation time -Stability

Cons

No room for advancement in the Kansas City office. All jobs are pretty much moving to Nashville. Top management is focused on Stanford/Ivy League graduates. A lot of office politics and gossip.
