      Great people to work with. Descent pay and benefits.

      Can be dead end job, many do not attempt to advance as you lose what pay and shift preferential you've gained.

      I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful in a professional training work environment.

      Pros

      Very good computer applications and database/ knowledge base used to resolve customer issues for Directtv.

      Cons

      However, my other experience in training class was riddled with repeated loud, rude, impatient mannerisms by the trainer. I have been in many rigourous,demanding fast paced training classes, which I have easily completed; however, I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful in a professional training work environment. I have many years of experience and I have developed a thick skin and never take my interactions with customers personal; however, I have never had a trainer/coworker rudely and repeatedly offend me by speaking to me like a child or teenager or something,as a result, I resigned after 3 weeks of unprofessional trainer abuse.

      Pros

      Fast growing business, lots of leadership opportunities, compensation is above market. Strong business model and few competitors.

      Cons

      Because the company has grown so fast there are many broken processes. One needs to think and act like an entrepreneur to really get things done. In some cases too much process has been put in place to compensate for poor internal systems (e.g. HR).
