      With regards to SQA... - Management is driven to support each of their direct reports in achieving their personal and professional goals; - Training opportunities are both encouraged, provided, and often developed in house as needed; - Managers meet quarterly to complete collaborations and provide both quantitative and qualitative reviews to analysts, these reviews serve as an opportunity for analysts to reflect and adjust throughout the year; - Phenomenal one team spirit, whenever a team is in need of additional capacity to meet a client commitment, the analysts are often offering their time and resources without any necessary manager involvement.

      Cons

      Working at a fast-paced, global company requires patience and flexibility. There are a variety of roles and teams at Asurion, some more stable than others. If you are willing see these factors as fascinating and have the drive to keep up with the evolving direction, this does not have to be considered negative.
