Pros
I started with Asurion in an entry level position 3 years ago. Since then, I've gotten promoted twice and more than doubled my income. Starting pay is usually on the lower end but there are significant annual pay raises. Asurion is constantly growing and expanding and there is a lot of opportunity for career advancement. Work/life balance is pretty good. I'm home for dinner with my family now more than any other job I've had. Through the initial phase of the pandemic, Asurion allowed people to take time off and/or work from home, some people had reduced hours to limit the amount of people in an area and Asurion made sure their pay was a full 40 hours every week. We recently lost a contract and Asurion is laboring to find positions for all of the employees that are about to lose their job, because they don't want to lay anyone off. Asurion really does care about their employees and hard work is rewarded.
Cons
Look, Asurion is a business. No matter how much they take care of their employees, the goal is to make money. Because of this you will find yourself in a role and be asked to pivot your priorities, and focus on new products that were not in the job description at the time of hiring. This is not unique to Asurion, this is how it works everywhere, so accept the change and put in the work.
