      Pros

      Working from home. Unfortunately, this is the only perk about this job.

      Cons

      The workload for this position does not reflect the low pay or the lack of benefits. As many others have stated, the managers really go overboard with micro management. I have never been with a company where I was told it was frowned upon to go to the bathroom.

      Pros

      CapEx is spent without care giving you the chance to work with a lot of big technologies

      Cons

      Far too much red tape involved for everything. Project timelines are borderline insane. Sr IT management lacks leadership/professional skills. 60+ hour work weeks are the required norm and work/life balance is not respected. There's an "open PTO" policy that's a bit of a farce. More then 3 consecutive days off is never approved. Approved time off can and will be rescinded with little notice.
