      It's a Call Center, Don't Expect to Make a Career There

      Pros

      They really know how to pretend to care about you, that's good if you fall for it. The salary is not that bad for a call center.

      Cons

      The equipment is completely old-dated, making the job even more difficult to do. It's a call center, they invest hard on the punishers (supervisors) and the whips (tons of systems to see if you are really taking the max of calls possible). They're never satisfied with your work and their rule is that you always have something to improve (which at least for me is very discouraging.

      Thanks for your review! Although we do not offer free gym memberships as of now, employees have access to a large catalog where they can get discounts to local gyms.

      Pros

      If you are looking for a 'positive culture' right from the bottom to the top despite the current situation, Asurion still stands out. Meticulous planning, willing to change attitude, appreciative colleagues and coaches and welcoming discussions with management.
