      Good team, good work life balance

      Pros

      Generally has meaningful work with good visibility and clear impact Data science team is very collaborative and people are very helpful and one team minded Have some flexibility in defining our own roles and scope

      Cons

      Compensation is probably on the lower end without equity/RSU Product management direction sometimes are not clear, they sometimes don't know what they want

      Pros

      Plenty to do, very fast moving.

      Cons

      Suffers from bad management structure and lack of communication between the different departments. Everybody seems to be doing thier own thing and never on the same page. They also suffer from technological growing pains. Refusing to adapt an efficient sales software across the entire company.

      The best working environment

      Pros

      I believe, Asurion has the best working environments regarding (1) life balance and (2) mutual coworkers understanding. If an employee does not have the right life balance, hence the employee will be more focused on work but not the family which eventually makes him/her unhappy in the long run. As a result, his/her quality of work will be degrading. Asurion makes sure this life balance by flexible office time. I found the working environment is like academia like flexible research ability and cooperation and share knowledge which is essential for any company's growth. That's what we see in Asurion growth rate in the last couple of years.

      Cons

      I am missing snacks other than coffee and tea.
