Pros

The compensation, 14.50 an hour is pretty sweet, not gonna lie. That was honestly the only good part about this job.

Cons

THE CUSTOMERS ARE SO RUDE. Also they have these metrics that you have to hit, that are very challenging.

Pros

There are very few positives: the first is that the pay is comparable to major wireless carriers; second, good location and workflow layout.

Cons

Coming from a major carrier, I had previous customer service, claims, and technical support experience--none of that experience was seen as beneficial. No chance of time off, PTO is earned slowly. Tardies and absences pull from PTO balance. No work/life balance. Poor shift bid practice. No maternity leave for those who were either pregnant when hired or have been there less than a year. 106% attrition rate for 2014....
