This place went down in flames fast. I worked here for over two years and it went from energetic, fun, full of great events, and fun coworkers to no structure, angry customers because of bad people being hired, and coaches who shouldn't be working there in the first place. A lot of employees lack the job skills to work here after training and leave poor notes that leave you confused at what happened previously with a now upset customer. Coaches for the most part are not supportive and only care about themselves. Only a few good apples (talking about you Charles, Tray, and Courtney) in the bunch and they're overworked and underpaid. Promotions are based on kissing butt, not who's qualified. If you have issues, get sick, or have family problems you're out of luck. Your scores will get hit and you won't make bonus that month even if you have good reason like a death in the family.
