Do not honor their commitments. Benefits after 60 days as promised? Nope, you have to kick and scream to get them (received my benefits after 122 days). Bi-yearly review as pitched in the interview process? Nope, after 2 months working for the company they informed us that it will now be yearly reviews, thus your opportunity for raises is prolonged. Human Resources department treats you like a nuisance when you contact them. Training is poorly organized; multiple trainers with conflicting protocols, yet the employee is reprimanded if they follow as instructed from previous trainer or supervisor. It is a low paying job but that is not really the gripe; you have to buy all of your own equipment that matches Asurion's specifications (in my case, $869 computer and monitor, plantronics phone $69, internet and phone service at $126 monthly plus a one time installation fee of $189). Also you will need additional software and virus protection $99/year. Their technical support team will not assist you with computer issues and accept zero responsibility... I just paid $265 to fix my computer to go back to work. When your net paycheck is $538, you simply cannot afford work here long term. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
