Sometimes not given a break.

I don’t know where to start. It’s an absolute joke. Probably the most bizarre moment was on my second shift when I had my purse stolen on the train on the way to a shift at Ascot. I was unable to carry on my journey my bank card and all my money was stolen. When I called a senior manager for advice he told me that not arriving was not an option. He said I need to sneak onto the train by pushing through or jumping over the barrier at Waterloo station in rush hour. I wasn’t willing to get a fine or arrested by the transport police for him. He was rude and the most unprofessional person I’ve ever me. I honestly thought he was joking but he wasn’t. When I said I didn’t feel comfortable breaking the law, he hung up the phone on me. I’ve had to work for 9 hours straight for no break or chance to get water. I have been told a shift is located in central London, then on arrival been told I need to travel to Brighton (which I need to pay for myself) last min as the shift plans had changed.
