Lack of quality work. Just Greenwashing. Outdated training structure. Management is bad, REALLY BAD.

Pros

Great people, great projects, great collaborative atmosphere. Project work is interesting and varied.

Cons

Pay is far too low for NYC/Bay Area, and for the education and experience required to do the job. Company is slow to promote and slow to give raises. Work load tends to be unevenly distributed.

A10 has great company culture, the leadership truly cares about their employees and shows it. They have great benefits. Everyone is very nice and eager to do good work.

Cons

There are too few junior staff members to handle all the work, and everyone is a project manager making it hard to find continuous project support.
