Pros

True to its name, Athena gives its Executive Assistants endless opportunities to hone their skills to help them have a significant impact on the clients they serve. They provide different channels and avenues on how Executive Assistants can be a better version of their self, personally and professionally.

Cons

All good things have a price to pay, and working in Athena is not an exemption from this. Athena provides a higher compensation than most of the companies in this field of industry, but of course, this means making a 180 degrees turn on your body clock since most of the clients we serve are from the US, their night is our day and our day is their night. Also, the higher compensation is a reward that comes after an intensive training we have to undergo to be able to provide an exceptional service to our clients.

Pros

Everyone I encountered was very helpful and accommodating. What I love about Athena is that they listen. Athena's training team is excellent. The management team is also extremely skilled and knowledgeable at what they do and they always have everyone in mind. Peers are also very helpful.

Cons

This is my first night-shift job, and this is the most challenging for me. I love a lot of things, but it's just the night shift that drains me. I have adjusted though, thanks to the advice of our EA Coach, but if I was given the option to do an afternoon, or a day shift, I'd take that! :)

In Athena, It is greener on this side

Pros

Working in Athena has been a huge blessing for me. I was given a wonderful client that matched with my skills, strengths, and knowledge. And it didn’t stop there, Athena has been supportive to each one of us especially during the pandemic.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any downside in Athena.
