I've been with Athena for a little over 3 months now. I want to say that I've grown and learned a lot. In the time of Covid where everyone is just working at home, Athena is a place where people in the lowest of ranks have a voice and are heard. Bonus: Athena has amazing support programs like the Pet Support where people can reimburse a certain amount of their vet expense.

Work-life balance is finally achieved in Athena. This is definitely one of the best Remote Jobs you can keep for a long time.

Cons

The internet connection here in the Philippines is challenging at times but this is manageable.

100% remote work, you can work from anywhere and have control of your own time. No stress from commuting. Payout is weekly so you won't have to keep holding your breath waiting for your next payday. Leadership team is strong, there's a clear goal for the organization as a whole.

Cons

A lot of processes need to be more streamlined, but otherwise continuous improvement is observed in several aspects of the company.
