Fast-paced environment, steep learning curve

Cons

This is THE worst company I have worked for in my 10 years of career. The environment is very toxic because of their senior leadership, They do not support work-life balance even if you're going through a major life change or health issues, There is very visible gender discrimination as they do not promote women leaders or allow them to grow, The scariest part is that most of the senior leadership and other employees are aware of this issue but they do not take action against it, Do not join this organization if you want peace or work-life balance in your life. They mask all this by saying that we pay higher as compared to rest of the industry, but it is worth it? I don't think so.
