Fair and Flexible schedules. Summer hours are amazing. Overall atmosphere is very friendly and open. Diverse company with so many amazing people.

Cons

Pay could be a bit better, not really much else as a con. I guess it could depend on who your manager is but I’ve only heard/experienced good interactions.
