Standard benefits, flexible work hours.

Cons

Too much chaos, no one knows who is doing what, standards are not met, and responses take too long (if you ever receive a response). It appears they grew faster than they can handle.

Great people. Midwest culture. The amenities are great, everyone gets a laptop, and everything is remote access, so you can go anywhere on campus with your laptop.

Cons

Athene squired aviva and the culture is shaky at best. Some departments are a little disheveled in the mess of things.
