Athens REALLY cares about their employees, and "they" make it a great place to work everyday! The incentives are awesome, fun and challenging.

Cons

There are always so many new people, that you do not get a chance to meet everyone.

People are fun and friendly to work with. Professional work environment, but it's not stiff. Creative incentive and reward programs. Great Activities Committee.

Cons

There is not enough interaction among departments, and team-building company wide. I'd like to see more open spaces where people can connect.
