Athens cares about the well-being of their employees, first and foremost, which is shown through many health-oriented programs offered, extra little perks, fair compensation, good benefits and generous paid time off. Work / life balance is not only encouraged, but achievable.

Athens has proven to have a caring culture, layers of internal support, committed professionals, and by Virtue of it being recognized at the #1 place to work in the San Fran Bay area, underscores the commitment to a balanced work load with "life" focus a priority!

Cons

I'm 3 months into my role and all that was discussed and important in my considering this role (of which home life was a priority), has been delivered and then some. I can only hope what I know now, is a constant in the years to come as I'm spoiled at the moment.
