Thank you for this positive review! Just as a reminder, all full-time new hires start out accruing 17 days of PTO (3.5 weeks). We use PTO instead of separating sick and vacation time, so people can use their time for whatever they want. We also have 11 holidays off per year, and a flex schedule for workers' comp that is roughly an additional 13 days off per year.

While there is limited information in this post, we can assure you we have a very supportive and attentive HR team that checks in frequently with new hires, even soliciting feedback at 30-days for any concerns or help we can address as well as at 90-days. Our Corporate Trainer is always available for additional needs, as are our assigned Buddies and supervisors. We wish you the best.
