      Thank you for your review. While we do like to closely support new hires through training, our goal is to allow employees to feel confident in their skillset so they are able to work as autonomously as possible.

      Athens has proven to have a caring culture, layers of internal support, committed professionals, and by Virtue of it being recognized at the #1 place to work in the San Fran Bay area, underscores the commitment to a balanced work load with "life" focus a priority!

      Cons

      I'm 3 months into my role and all that was discussed and important in my considering this role (of which home life was a priority), has been delivered and then some. I can only hope what I know now, is a constant in the years to come as I'm spoiled at the moment.
