The company treats an views their employees as an asset. Athens offers fair compensation, great benefits and programs. Reasonable work loads. A HUMAN HR DEPARTMENT! Yes, there are Athens employees staffed in the HR department who are kind, knowledgeable and helpful, unlike most companies in my experience in which you are pushed off to computer program or various venders.

It is a small company but they are growing.

I love the people here and they make it known that they care about their employees.

Only downside I have is that everyone is working from home and I am in the office so I dont get to meet everyone in person.
