Super friendly and family like environment. They take your questions and any concerns you may have very seriously. Decent pay. Room for growth. Athens has excellent values as well.

Cons

No bonuses. No other cons. So far, so good!

Thank you for your review! Just to clarify, Athens does have incentive programs and many different ways to earn compensation on top of salary. Bonuses were previously subject to company metrics but we are so excited that in 2019 it will be based on individual performance in addition to our annual merit increases.

Pros

The office culture is very positive. Everyone is always willing to help you if/when you need it. All of the supervisors are extremely supportive!! Growth and promotion is encouraged. Its a very exciting and fun place to work.

Cons

At some point you have to go home, but you get to come back again the next day, unless of course its Friday!

Company cares about it's greatest asset, their Employees. They understand that if they take care of their employees, the employees will take care of their customers. Flexible work schedule and work from home is offered. Benefits are less expensive than at most other companies.

Cons

Haven't been here long enough.
