- Manageable Workload -Team Environment - Great Management - Excellent Pay and Benefits - Fun incentive programs - A lot of support/training

Cons

- If you're handling claims, you'll still have to deal with some of the same issues as you would anywhere - There is definitely a high bar, which is only a con if you intend to slack off

Super friendly and family like environment. They take your questions and any concerns you may have very seriously. Decent pay. Room for growth. Athens has excellent values as well.

Cons

No bonuses. No other cons. So far, so good!

Thank you for your review! Just to clarify, Athens does have incentive programs and many different ways to earn compensation on top of salary. Bonuses were previously subject to company metrics but we are so excited that in 2019 it will be based on individual performance in addition to our annual merit increases.
