Flexibility, values, integrity, friendly staff and management, supportive, competitive pay, encourages growth, promotes from within, rewards for a job well done, good benefits, bonuses, reasonable caseloads and a supportive management team

Cons

I can honestly state that I cannot think of any cons. Some, including myself, may have to commute a little distance but is willing to because Athens is a great company to work for.
