Pros

Everyone throughout the company from the executives to coworkers has been so welcoming and kind! The company is really invested in their employees and it's clear that Athens wants employees to stay long term.

Cons

From my time here at Athens, I have yet to find any cons. I have had great interactions with all the members of my team and upper management. Workers' compensation can be a tough and unforgiving industry, however when you're surrounded by good people, it makes all the difference.
