      I absolutely love working with Athens. The training and support are exceptional, and the work environment is unlike any other- so very positive. Great work-life balance and the benefits are awesome.

      They value their employees. They treat everyone professionally by providing transparency, soliciting feedback and ideas, placing value on their talent. They provide above and beyond perks from monthly massages in the office to company picnics. They also have a career development program and often promote from within.

      Thank you for this positive review! Just as a reminder, all full-time new hires start out accruing 17 days of PTO (3.5 weeks). We use PTO instead of separating sick and vacation time, so people can use their time for whatever they want. We also have 11 holidays off per year, and a flex schedule for workers' comp that is roughly an additional 13 days off per year.
